The location was great, right on the shopping street and all attractions and sightseeing were easy to reach walking or by subway. Staff was so nice and polite and speak good english, Nadina the reseptionist has been so helpful with us, she told us about places that must seen around dusseldorf and she would print the train routs with time tables for us, she also tried to offer a taxi to weeze airport with a good price, actually one of the best reseptionist i've ever met, another man also was kind and helpful unfornunately can't remembre his name. Overall a hotel that i would recommend to stay in and would come back again.

The only thing that I didn't like was that if you book the ambient double room you won't be able to have twin beds, they only offer this type of room (ambiente) with double bed and you have to pay extra to upgrade it to another room with twin beds.

Whole place was neat with lovely views; amazing and incredible location to the old & downtown. Extremely polite staff, elegant atmosphere, everything was perfect. The guest room was newly furnished and the bed was very comfy.

as it is a new hotel you would expect it to be modern. we ere not disappointed, the hotel was spotless, the staff were very friendly and helpful even supplying a adaptor as we forgot to bring one for our kettle. the bath was the biggest I have seen in a hotel outside a spa. the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. the location is excellent , a few steps from the shadow arcade and 2 minutes to the shops and resteraunts of the konigsallee and old town.

The staff were amiable and cooperative. the facilities provided were excellent. - the location was excellent and wonderful for walking around Konigsallee. - the ambience felt really elegant. - the service was great. - Everything was simply perfect. Overall, Hotel Favor in Dusseldorf offered an exceptional experience with friendly staff, excellent facilities, a prime location for exploring Konigsallee, elegant ambience.

I stayed in many fancy 5 star hotels but this is the only hotel ... that I'm happily willy to give my comments on ... super clean, quite , great location in the middle of an active shopping area but located in a quite corner ... bathrooms are super super clean ... bed is exceptionally clean and comfortable .... I do liked it a lot .... clean clean clean hotel
